The short version

AtlasBurst is a geography quiz game. It is free, ad-supported, and runs entirely on your device. There is no account, nothing to buy, and nothing to log in to. Use it, enjoy it, and do not resell it.

Using the app

You may use AtlasBurst for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• resell, rent or redistribute the app or its content packs
• decompile or reverse-engineer the app except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
• use the app in any way that breaks the law where you are

Advertising

The app is free because it shows ads through Google AdMob. Continuing to use the app means accepting that ads are shown. Ads appear only between games, never during a question. See the Privacy Policy for what Google collects.

Accuracy of the geography

AtlasBurst is an educational game, not a reference work or a navigational tool. Map geometry comes from Natural Earth, a public-domain dataset, and answers are restricted to the 193 United Nations member states.

Borders and place names are shown for educational purposes only and are not a statement of any political position on contested territory or sovereignty. Disputed territories are drawn on the map but are deliberately never used as quiz answers. Do not rely on the app for navigation, legal, or official purposes.

Your data

There is none to speak of. Scores and preferences are stored on your device and never transmitted. Uninstalling removes them. See the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A&J Acquisitions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after that means accepting the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
